First day back after more than a week off due to illness. The illness hasn’t departed either. But the run wasn’t too bad despite the layoff. I think at this point I’m just going to ignore the head cold and push on. I actually felt better after the run than before.
Faxed in my transfer form info. earlier in the week so, I’m committed to the MCM now. I’ve got a lot of catching up to do.
