Oh the hills. I don’t know why I picked hills for only my second day back. Something I read about hills helping to stretch muscles out. The only problem for me is coming back down. I’ve forgotten how to be spry and not slap the pavement with my feet. For some reason the 118% incline hills around here (ok, I’m exaggerating slightly) don’t allow for staying on the balls of your feet on the way day. Something else to work on.
