Figuring out more of the trails but still got cut off a few times. Crazy weather today. Rain, sun, clouds, rain, sun, clouds.

Some steep hills in McLaren park slowed my time down but I need some hill work after days of flat land.

Felt a little sick after kicking hard at the end today. Hockey later today. Bleh.

Rain and strong winds. First day with the iPod Shuffle. Very cool. Bruises from bike riding for the first time in a long time yesterday slowed me down a bit.

Went to the bank to drop off rent check. Outside of left foot is still very sore. These thin socks are not helping.
