Drove over to the Marin headlands to run out and back on the Tennessee trail. There are some rocky patches so it was good trail running experience. The views from the top of Mt. Tam are amazing. You can stand at eye level with the top of the Golden Gate Bridge. Oakland, Angle Island, downtown SF and the Pacific Ocean are all clearly visible from up here. A few other runners out today and plenty of cyclists on the roads. Windy but very pleasant. My right knee continues to be a problem but I’m running through it and icing it down afterwards.
