Ran down in Mnt. View after work. We are close to a trail entry point for Stevens Creek Trail. I ran from Evelyn Ave. past the Microsoft campus and nearly to the Jos memorial spot before I had to turn around. My longest run in recent history ended up with some nifty shooting pains in my shins as I was stretching post-run. The pain felt like sparks going off in a tendon. Very odd feeling.
