More rain and this time I was not prepared. Took a short cut home and was well chilled upon arriving. Left foot was in a lot of pain.

Rain and generally inclement weather sort of hindered my trail run. But the view on the ridge run is amazing. You can see eye to eye with jets landing at SFO and Oakland airports. Felt okay but very wet afterwards. I need to invest in a weather PROOF jacket.

Hills, hills and more hills. Shoes felt a little tight today with the thin socks I bought. DeHaro is an unforgiving hill.

Ran up to the Ferry building then back around Sports Basement and through doggie park then home. Felt okay but a little tight in the legs at the end and lots of stomach cramps through out.

Short on time so I ran hills today. Specifically, up Deharo then Rhode Island Ave. Felt a little tight in the achilles but made it up the hills in good time.

Sunny day when it was supposed to rain calls for running. Felt very good today. Met Rhone Ranger Kieca afterwards at Fort Mason.

Feet hurt a bit today after the run. Stopped to watch some soccer. The park was very full. It was sunny but kind of chilly. A blustery spring day.
