Left knee and leg were in agony for the first mile. Worked through the pain. Sprinted to catch Kieca before she boarded the train.

The trail run did a number on my right foot. The ball of my foot feels bruised. Otherwise I felt very stiff. Didn’t really warm up to my usual pace until the last mile.

The park gates were closed at 4:00PM, I suspect because the Park ranger wanted to get home early. I had to park in Daly City and walk straight uphill to the side of the summit loop which I took the long way round. My pace was terrible but the path was very rocky and I […]
